Written Statement-Light & Space

I believe that Light is the soul
of any architectural design creating emotional responses and redefining how people use the space.
People respond to natural light and prefer to work in daylight. I prefer to work in my living room close to a large sliding door which opens to a balcony.
However, because of the orientation of the building, my apartment
lacks the morning sun and get strong evening sun rays and space is
more orthogonal and less interesting to work on.
So, few alteration and addition are proposed to bring more natural
light into the space and some basic form of geometry are combined with light to
result in a balanced and pleasant space.
